Look, I’m not one to nitpick here, but y’all are sending mixed messages. From Wednesday’s morning shift:

The Max and its issues were handled poorly, but it has decimated Boeing and has brought about some good changes in oversight and training.

I mean this overhaul probs has the most scrutiny and oversight out of any aeronautical design in the past 50 years. It might be the last time the 737 ever gets re-designed if this one has some staying power and a spotless safety history.

Eh, I think the infrastructure/electrician issue isn’t really as big a factor. I think the bigger problem, and it’s not limited to any one automaker, is the one-two punch of alienating future markets and cities deciding they’re sick of supporting car infrastructure they now don’t have the money for.

2nd. Gear: If the workers agreed to the deal and then go on strike anyway, GM certainly should flex back. It was a promise for a promise, right?

Neutral: Luxury vehicles can better absorb the costs of EVs. You simply can’t make a $28k EV Silverado that competes with the current ICE Silverado.

First time I’ve ever seen this. What a gorgeous design.

I think you intentionally misunderstood so you could share that horror show with us, didn’t you?

Pontiac Regeous.

LS sport wagon with a drop gate and a ruggedized interior.

I can’t believe they built the Aztek instead

Cadillac Elmiraj

I don’t know about “best”, but “concept I was most likely to buy if it made it to production” goes to the Buick Avista.

In case you missed it, Raph

It’s not often that I award a 5/5 to something that doesn’t have an LED light bar, but god damn..

I know, right?! The biggest nuclear disasters that every points to as reasons not to go nuclear were reactors built in the 60's and 70's. There have been so many innovations since then. Heck, I’d say a fission plant built in the last 20 years is probably safer from explosion/disaster than a natural gas plant built

If we are going to go all in with EV, I think nuclear is the way to go. combining it with the green methods should give us enough power to handle anything.

I think we’re gonna get a bunch of goofy comments from Biden. The good kind of goofy though. He appears to be the kind of person who honestly just likes to talk to people about anything and, more importantly, listen to them.

Biden was on Pod Save America a couple weeks ago and he just starts geeking out over renewable energy and electric charging infrastructure. He was all, “They got these batteries the size of my arm here and you can plug them into your solar panels and they can power the house when it’s not sunny” and he just goes on

“Joe Biden is Good News”
