Its basically what the S10 Blazer has always been since the 80s.

Correct. The ID4 GTX WLTP range is 300 miles.

Oh, no I do not think Buick should have made it. No one would buy it. I probably would have bought one though. I bought a 18 Regal GS. But no one else did and it was discontinued after 3 years.

Question is would anyone buy it?

To maximize battery life also use level 2 (home) charging when possible. Level 3 quick charging will cause quicker battery degradation.

Exactly. This article completely missed the mark on this announcement.

No, just an author that missed the point of the announcement. The dealers are going to be used as a local resource to identify areas in their communities that will benefit from the L2 chargers. Public buildings, educational facilities, multi-unit dwellings etc. They are not going to be installed at dealers.

This is probably all we’re going to get.

You are correct. The Ford can track at home charging.

Ariya is compact. The Leaf will probably become their subcompact EV crossover.

Honestly most of the CUV EVs are barely more than just a hatchback car with CUV styling. The Bolt EUV is longer, but is actually pretty much identical in height (only 0.2 inches taller than the Bolt).

That is the reason behind the high ATP. GM has prioritized chips for their fullsize SUV factory in Arlington TX since it is literally the most profitable manufacturing facility in the world. While the assembly lines for the XT4 and sedans have been shut down most of the year.

That’s because GM has been working on reducing their fleet sales because of the negative affect it has on residuals.

They have a more powerful GTX model

I don’t think VW has plans for a longer range version. The only other version so far is a more powerful GTX model with 300hp but the same battery capacity.

Cadillac also has a larger 7 seater crossover and an Escalade equivalent planned. Also a compact that slots below the Lyriq. All will hit the market before 2025.

Really looking forward to seeing how the $60k Lyriq compares to these SUVs that are $20k+ more. Yes the Lyriq is only RWD for that cost but the AWD version will be out by the end of next year and I can’t see it being more than $10k more.

If I every have to replace my Regal GS this could work.
