Sony cleared up the backwards compatibility thing back when they mentioned the "top 100 games" thing. They have a method for the backwards compatibility, and they tested that method USING the top 100 games. So most games overall will work, and as of a year ago they are working on making everything work.

Given how much of a house of cards Destiny 2 seems to be, where tweaking one gun seems to break 15 unrelated things, i wonder if delaying something is even possible for Bungie.

I like all these picks except Brotherhood, which has all the usual anime tropes that infuriate non anime people (including the piles and piles of truly anime bullshit at the end, the faces, the humor) while also just... sort of being a let down for the last 30% or so. The ending of Brotherhood is at the very least equally unsatisfying, and in some ways I think the... non canon?... original anime does better by its characters, for sure.

I might buy that if they weren’t saying here that they are paying 30 people to essentially restart the making of the game. It sounds like this revamp is going to cost a significant amount of money by the end, and when that re-release finally rolls around, won't they have to charge full price to make any money on this?
