I agree. I don’t think the ask is crazy town high. I could very much see this fetching 30-35k. This should be compared to an equivalent (as close as you can get) sedan today, which would be in that range. Add the cool factor and you’re in their ballpark.
Cheap, Fast, Reliable, Unique = Trailblazer SS
CP because of this crazy town...
How does a computer manage knock from 87 octane fuel if the knock is caused by the physical compression ratio of the engine, which cannot be altered by the computer?
I can get E30 in my area that is priced the same as E85, which is usually around 40 cents less than 87 octane. E30 has around 94 octane. And with 70% gasoline it does not have the mileage hit that occurs with E85. My butt-dyno says the car likes E30.
The limits for NOx are so low they are difficult to measure. It isn’t hard to claim that emissions are 2 to 5 times allowed amounts, because the allowed amount is so low. It is like saying you are allowed one drop of urine in the ocean, then you dribble a few drops more and are sued for all the money in the world due…
What about the Cummins ISB? Inline 6 still available in a new Dodge Ram!
From back when Toyota could do a reserved, subtle, but classy design. Plain, simple, but yet elegant. Current design theory looks like an insect and Predator combined.
The world is a better place because this car exists. Think of all the crazy, lunatic special edition cars that have come out and this has got to be near the top of the list. Old ZL1 Camaros, L88 Corvettes, Daytona Superbirds, street GT40, Viper ACR with Aero, and now the Hellcat Demon. How far can a manufacturer take…
I’d rather they tuned it for E85, with fuel flow and timing to maximize performance. E85 is much more available than 100 octane gasoline.
Agreed. I had a FR-S manual, and now a Fiesta ST. The FR-S is the better sports car - RWD will do that. Pedal position is marginally better, overall driving and chassis feel is better in FR-S.
Most dogs like to go for a ride in the car. My dog likes to drive! And he seems to prefer sports cars. Maybe because they are low enough for his short little legs to climb into. Both of these pics were from when I left the car door open to go get something and I come back out and there he is...
I bought my daughter a new Buick Encore for her first car. I did this because;
Wait, they still make Dodge Journey?
Does HDR significantly increase the bandwidth required to stream?
This not so secret PTM menu is also in the CTS-V. I was tinkering with it today. I was switching between full nanny Tour mode and Track mode PTM level 5 Race. The difference is amazing, very noticeable even on the street just crusing around.
I had a MKIV Supra TT back in the day, when they were new. I checked the VIN the other day, out of curiosity. It is now on a salvage title, after at least one severe accident, and rebuilt as a street legal mega HP drag car in Texas.
You forgot to notice the wind direction, if gusty, and park in the furthest upwind row. I’ve seen wind blown carts smash into cars and leave big dents. Also parking faced into the wind will mean the car next to you is also and the wind won’t catch their doors and open them into yours.
My 2013 Sierra 3500 did too, as a standard feature. I think this is one of the last true ashtrays as standard..
