Would have been better with the new Escalade!
Would have been better with the new Escalade!
Mine is a 2003 or "AP1" (1st version). AP1 ran from 2000-2003. I think the factory passenger airbag switch or sensor was in 2006+, but I am not positive about that. None of the AP1s have a factory airbag switch or sensor though. There are some aftermarket solutions to wire in an airbag defeat switch.
I took my 3 year old daughter for rides in my S2000 back in 03. I placed the passenger seat in the farthest back position and secured the car seat very tightly. It was the 4-point harness type of child seat. In that position she was well out of harms way from the airbag.
What about GAP insurance? I think sometimes it can make sense, as in for vehicles that depreciate unusually quickly (unicorns) if a purchaser has very little down.
Who are leases good for? First off, leases really only work for people who drive within 10-15k miles a year. If you drive more than that, then leasing is not for you the last thing you want is to be paying upwards of 30 cents per mile with overages.
This! F20C is the pinnacle of Honda N/A 4-cylinder design. The F20 is everything the K20 is, just better in every important way.
Once a K car always a K car. The only Ks worth this price end with GLHS or CSX. CP
I'll go ahead and plant the flag...
No sign of a clutch pedal....
I think it's an auto. Unless that P under the tach means Punch It. And the +/- on the paddles... please be a DCT or offer a real manual if so....
I heard directly from a source that would know (C7 team member) that there will be only one high-performance version of the car. No ZR1. Possibly a special version of the Z06 with some tweaks (Z07?) but that's it.
Well said! For those that enjoy cars or driving, the extra expense of having a car that provides that enjoyment is worth it. It does not have to be expensive, nor does it have to be cheap, but it does have to fuel the enjoyment, otherwise it is NOT worth it and a waste of money.
Don't tinker with the market. Whether by taxes or subsidies/price controls, it will ultimately work against your goals. In Venezuela, the highly subsidized fuel will end someday (either by policy change or the wells run dry) and the Venezuelan people and economy will suffer badly because they are not prepared.
How is it started?? I imagine with a smaller but still huge diesel engine?
I agree. I'd buy the Mondial and completely neglect all maintenance except for basic oil changes, brakes, and tires. I'd drive it in all reasonable weather, and until something really expensive broke. Then I'd sell it for parts, and have a great experience to talk about.
Ethanol is perhaps the greatest invention of mankind! Oh wait, you meant as a motor fuel? Well... only if it doesn't take away from its traditional use...
This is correct, or at least all 6060s have the feature available. Even the CTS-V manual (TR-6060) has CAGS, although in that car it is programmed to almost never engage. I think once they realized they couldn't beat the gas guzzler tax that they basically calibrated it out, although it is still there.
Woops... wrong post
Weird seating config in an exotic? This has that...
Definitely diesel, for the range and inherent fire safety. I wonder if a basically stock A6 TDI would be capable, assuming all the electronic gadgets are in place. Ultimate top speed and acceleration doesn't seem to be as important as range and ability to cruise 100-130 MPH for long periods.
