I was totally SQUEEEEEE for both seasons, and shocked that they killed the big bad so quickly. Yet, it matches from a lore perspective, and I’m very eager to see them continue that story.

I would welcome a change where all the FOMO seasonal content is squirreled away under an Ikora menu where guardians can “meditate” on key learnings of the past.. even if the available content changes daily, the fact that the content isn’t completely gone is a welcome improvement.

I agree that high schoolers who can get to a mall or stripmall Gamestop would probably be OK with hanging out in such a place if it had tables and what not for games.
