While I share your yearslong lack of desire to play the game, I disagree on why.

All I want is a way to spend money on this game that results in me getting cards that I want. I’m sitting here with a half-complete discard deck, a half-complete destroy your own cards deck, at collection level 500 or 600 or something, with no possible completion in sight. So if I want to win, I just have to resort to

Snap is really well made for mobile devices, and it seems pretty good. But Kotaku is just gonna keep pretending Legends of Runeterra, easily and by a million miles the best two player turn based strategy game on the market, doesn’t exist?

This review is a masterpiece of video game journalism.

Does this mean we can stream MS Flight Simulator when it comes out for Xbox on July 27th?

I think the gameplay is getting a pass because of all the bad PR that came with monetization.

I personally didn’t think the Wolfenstein games were good shooters in terms of gameplay, but had a good story and atmosphere. Hopefully, though, an Indiana Jones game is more of an “adventure game” than a shooter. It’s my favorite film series, please do it justice.

The maps of Valhalla and Origins are level-gated extremely extremely aggressively, though. It took me probably 20 hours of Valhalla to get to the point where I could go to London without dying in one hit to whatever random wolf I crossed paths with.

Ultimate team requires an insane investment to compete PER SEASON. And in FIFA, UT has a system that gives all players bonus ratings, so they balance the game around this stupid steroid mode to the point that it ruins the “normal” games. God, please let this lawsuit wipe UT out so I can play FIFA again.

Agreed, but I think the major difference is in the quality of expansions. Civ 5 vanilla was pretty awful, but the excellent expansions are what eventually made it the best experience of the series.

Options exist for a developer on PC though, they could use a competitor to the Epic Store or distribute it on their own. If Apple is able to strongarm iOS this way, what’s to stop Microsoft from demanding a cut from Steam, Epic, etc on Windows?

You don’t need the Epic Store to run CS on a PC though

I’m pretty sure there’s never been a game so reviled by such a dedicated, heavy spending fanbase.

Looney Tunes, Batch 3

Alchemy, Seven Seas, and Rocket Mania were their best games. I played so much Alchemy on my high school PCs. I never got the appeal of match 3 games or PvZ, which was a bad tower defense.

I would add Legends of Runeterra here, which certainly has the best core gameplay of any digital card game out there.

Will your progress carry over or do you have to start fresh if you upgrade to XSX?

Will your progress carry over or do you have to start fresh if you upgrade to XSX?

Actually perfect for people who don’t own the game; the expansions are god awful

How the hell is this the headline when the announcement is the greatest PC shooting series is finally back after 9 years?
