Shhh. Don't tell anyone, but I'm a Canadian, and you might be right.

A towel? Last I checked, I was a human being.

Son, put down the weed and go home.

Did he mean it flew around his house, or his house flew inside of it? That would make for one interesting mobile home...

I wonder how well they would insulate a house...

I say let Ken Block terrorize the places in his car. That ought to generate some revenue to keep them running a while longer...

I drive a grey '01 Civic. Given how common they are, I'll often see another one in the same parking lot, and park next to it, just for kicks.

I would say "someone put that thing out of its misery", but I suspect that'll happen soon enough...

EDIT: Nevermind. Apparently I can't read.

Given the amount of abuse that the average Cavalier or Sunfire takes, they do hold up surprisingly well.

I knew a family that had one of these. When they got rid of it, it had 550,000 km on it, and was still going...

I had a friend from California who loved my banana milkshakes. He liked them enough that he figured I could do quite well selling them there. I always imagined having a food truck like that, selling banana milkshakes along the coast near all the popular surf spots.

I'd love to get my hands on a unimog and build a camper on the back. They are still horrifically expensive in Canada though. That one in the pic would probably be something like $70k. Cheapest one I have come across yet was a 1968 or so, and it was still $11k. (It did look in decent condition though, given it's

Awesome. Any story behind the name?

Interesting idea with the black light headlights. Only problem is that animals on the road wouldn't be any more visible.

Plastic fumes...

I like that idea. There's also the option of having it user controlled - flip a switch and it routes the exhaust a different way that makes more noise, or runs it under an area with less soundproofing.

I might guess that they've gone RWD for it, and yeah, 5-600 lb/ft of torque would be my guess as well. I'm guessing they've knocked the compression ratio way up from the quote low 14:1 that they are using in the stock model to something more like 20:1 as well. (Again, just guessing here - I'm by no means a diesel

My old scout leader used to have a few of them (usually one working one, and a few others for parts). I'm pretty sure all of them had > 300,000 km on them, and were rusting out pretty badly. We used them to haul sand bags, and I remember one time riding in the back someone found an old ski pole, and poked it through

Either way, it sounds fishy. No way in heck I'd email her.
