The wagon looks decent. Maybe I'll pick up a used one in 10+ years, at a severely discounted price after all the fancy electronic luxury doodads have broken.

Yeah, I'm almost wondering if it was some sort of dealer installed option. Our cars were nearly identical, but he had a spoiler, different rims, a stickshift, and heated cloth seats. They were both DX models though, which makes it particularly odd.

Ah! I hadn't even noticed! Good eye!

#COTD. Nicely done!

For some reason the interior of the new Silverado reminds me more of the interior of my parent's old 1980 Malibu. It's like whoever is responsible for interiors at GM has been doing nothing... for the last 32 years.

I'm still not seeing what's wrong with that... it's a branch/stick poking up from the grass underneath the vehicle, isn't it?

Amen! Heck, I don't care who does it, so long as someone does!

I don't get it/like it either. It's hideous - especially on their SUVs.

I'll second that. I can imagine Mosler jumping for joy at such a thought. (He made a dual V8 Cadillac, with each engine driving one end of the car).

You mean move to more of a cab-over design? Don't tempt them...

Dear GM:

And interiors without carpet. Who seriously thought putting carpet in a truck was a good idea? I'm guessing the same people that don't use trucks for what they were originally designed to do: haul stuff.

I had a friend who had a 2001 Civic (same year as mine) with heated cloth seats. First time and only time I've ever seen such a thing.

Dang. Now I want one even more. :(

And the MR2!

I smell a future LeMons entry... or maybe that's just rotting fish.

It looks like a Fit wearing the skin of a Murano... blagh. Do not like.

An SUV based on the Fit platform? I'll pass. Unless it happens to be a proper AWD little beast.

See Camaro, that's how you do a trunk opening!

That is pretty awesome. I'm guessing they won't be sold in North America though?
