If there’s one criticism I have against Borderlands / BL2, it’s the lack of normalized level scaling in co-op that Destiny does so very well. On the other hand, it’s absolutely hilarious to invite a friend 10-15 levels lower than you are and watch them run into combat and get wrecked.

I don’t think a lot of people got the joke, but I lol-ed.

Except the game tanked when they simplified it (Vanilla D2) and has grown as they have added complexity.

It’s actually exactly what the community has been asking for and if you’re already in the game, it’s not very complicated. Could see how it would be a bit much for a brand new player, tho.

This seems to only apply to loot boxes and specifically to paid loot boxes. I don’t think non-paid randomized drop mechanics will be affected.

This is for loot boxes bought with real money not for games that random rolls on items earned while playing.

This is specifically for paid random loot.  Random loot in game I do not believe would be subject to it (such as drops from a boss say in WoW).

Is that a real question?  They are talking about LOOT BOXES not random loot in a game.
