Yes. I’ve loved Hugh Grant since Four Weddings and a funeral, so basically forever, and it’s great watching him nail this kind of roles. At this point, I’m here for him more than for the show, which I find just fine for now. And given the preview for next week, we’re going to see more of Grant in uncharted territory.

I even thought I’ll Be Gone in the Dark, which people generally raved about, was overlong and repetitive in parts. It could have been at least an episode shorter and more focused.

I vaguely remember watching that on TV when it aired. It was basically ALF on a military base doing ALF shenanigans. Pretty lame.

You didn’t miss it. There was no point, just another digression to give a character a long, tragic, scrambling backstory.

The Sarah Connor Chronicles was another one. It was literally bursting with ideas that the movies almost never had the imagination to even think about looking at.

I find hilarious they couldn’t decide if Diana was going to be wealthy billionaire or a down-to-earth rom com protagonist and just made her both for no reason.
