These are Europeans, we understand things. Americans still get confused by traditional gear selectors.

Who calls a GTI a base trim? It’s the highest trim bar the Golf R, is this how its marketed over in the US?

To be fair, this concept is real, fully drive able and thoroughly engineered, Top Gear Magazine has a review of it up on their website

Can compete with cars like the Land Rover Discovery Sport, similar size to this but seats 7. GLE-GLS are in a totally different class.

Exactly the same as trams in cities. Shouldn’t be a problem.

This method is a lot more expensive. The overhead wire method is tested and proven over decades. Many european cities have trolleybus systems which work exactly like this and it’s also how electric trains work.

Nope, they were a Works team for two years in the 50s and were engine suppliers from the mid 90s. Most famously with McLaren. In 2010 they took over Brawn GP (the team who Jenson Button won the Driver’s and Constructor’s Championship with) as a full works team with Michael Schumacher and Nico Rosberg, then when the

I don’t know what it’s like in the US, but in Europe at least lots of very rich people have been wanting for Ultra Luxury SUVs for a while. Range Rovers and the Mercedes/BMW/Audi etc. rival variants consistently sell in very big numbers, but the most you can spend here on an SUV used to be around £110k before the

Other side of the pond? Maybe the Nurburgring?
