Turned out they weren’t non-business non-revs, they were deadheading. They’re choice was inconveniencing four passengers on that flight or inconveniencing hundreds down the line. I get the operational need to bump those passengers, but the excessive force was unwarranted.

Eventually there will be AI strong enough to do the editing. They’ll scan the clips, feed them to a computer, feed the original footage to a computer, and the edits will be made. The technology to do that pretty much exists now, they just need somebody to create the application.

Bad movies are my favorite. I love bad movies. I actually read a study the other day that smarter people like bad movies and I felt really vindicated. Because I’d much rather watch a cheesy kung fu film from the ‘70s than any Oscar-winning film ever.
