Also, I get what they're doing and think it's great. Had they described banning political discussion as the 'necessary thing' or equivalent, it wouldn't have carried the same meaning. I just hope they don't truly believe that censorship is 'right'.

I see your point, but I don't know that I agree. I'm not sure revolutions are fought by spoiled citizens enjoying luxuries. I would hazard to say that those who are oppressed by their governments have the most to gain by discussing politics and trying to create change.
