That excerpt you provided there from the books regarding the scene between Drogo and Daenerys doesn't fully encompass how nonconsensual it was. It was pretty close to the TV show where she circled around her over and over repeating"No." In the books it was different because he was actually already groping her

Cockloleeze!

Oooh good catch! i didn't think of that. Some of them are subtle i guess

Phew! thank you! so i didn't totally make it all up in my head.

Oh thanks! i had no idea. i thought it was with gonna be with this actress. It sounded like an awful idea either way.

! okay thanks!.. Then yeah, she's gonna die.

Oh this makes total sense! I was wondering why Ted started crying when she said that thing about mothers being at their daughter's weddings. Seemed kinda odd to get that emotional over Robin seeing her mom. But now it makes sense to me.

THANK YOU! you're the first person here i see actually made a comment about his abusive behaviour. He's disgusting, and Charlize should run far, far away.

Thank you for this equally informative and hilarious response :)

Oh yeah, that would be bad. I was just worried that, if this is a regular thing they did—profile POCs and accuse them of stealing—that maybe the manager or whoever would make sure that certain detentions where done under the books, as in, not logged. Yes! thank you, i was just going to write that. Wtf is up with the snark? man.

I broke Nick's heart too soon.

Katya Derevko?

Too bad he forgot to remember...

I don't think you're being too sensitive. I also had the same reaction you had.

Anyone else watch The Bridge, with Diane Kruger? This would make a great plot on that show. They're already investigating cases in Juarez. They reference the dead women, but haven't dug deep into those murders yet. It seems they'll most likely be delving deeper into that in the second season, if they have one.

The Smith reaction was actually to Lady Gaga's performance. NOT Miley's. You can even see it at the bottom right of the screen.

double post sry.

I had the same feeling most people had when they heard she wasn't returning to OITNB next season. It seemed so odd for her not to continue since she was a fairly well liked character in a hit show, it seemed like she and Nicky were gonna have their own little storyline, and she was actually getting praise for her
