Honestly, a surprising benefit I found with taking my adderall is that it helped my anxiety noticeably decrease. For some people, it can make them more anxious. I started on a very low dose and have gradually worked up to a still low 15mg dosage. Hope you find what works for you!

Have you considered the implant implanon or nexplanon (I think?) It goes in the arm. Had mine for nearly 3 years and I LOVE it. No more periods! It’s estrogen free too
