Not to defend Blizzard, because I do not, but they did at least waive forced arbitration regarding sexual harassment suits.  It’s a small step in the right direction, and was one of the main things employees were asking for.  Shouldn’t this at least be noted?

To be fair, most of the original Blizzard team left far before allegations were ever made.  Blizzard has been losing talent since Activision first bought them, way back in 2008.
