They explained it in Batman, but I’m behind in my reading and haven’t gotten there yet. I think it looks cool. The problem is that most comic artists have a hard time drawing anyone middle-aged. They can do young and old. I’m pretty sure he’s supposed to be in his late 40s.

Yes. Somehow it’s gotten exponentially better and worse with each iteration. The “grays” is so dumb. “Let’s make a system that is completely vague and where it pays to kiss the admin’s ass.” People were literally begging and kissing ass in the first days weeks of this “upgrade”.

Gawker can’t even police their own staff’s reporting. No way they’d be able to actually police the comments. I’ve flagged several troll/spam/racist posts over the past few months that are still hanging around. Yet so many good posts languish unread in the grays.
