Rubberized asphalt. They grind up used tires and mix it with the asphalt.

1968 vw baja with a 1915cc engine and a single weber 44mm carb. It takes almost half an hour to warm that thing up so it doesnt idle at 450 rpm and die at every stop light. And i live in arizona. Intake iceing sucks. Starts every time, just wont stay started.

I do it all the time. Human curiosity i guess. Most people seem to look away immediately if we make eye contact but they are probably trying to figure out why a 36 yr old man is driving a hot pink vw bug

As someone who can follow jeeps around in an open diff 1968 baja this article was frustrating.

I was going to say the same thing. Have a star sir.

Chevy SS.

Did we not have coffee? Oh my...grammar

Helped a friend do a swap to the supercharged Grand prix gtp motor. With a few mods that thing has 300hp. 300 is more than enough for that little car. Still voted NP because v8 fiero!

I used to do this type of tune-up on my mom’s 1981 trans-am that had the 4.9 turbo. She would baby it and I would beat on it like it owed me money. Good times.

You sir, get all the stars.

A hatch rear window...maybe...but the pop-outs are hard enough to seal when heat goes up and you are sitting in traffic.

Ugh JT I really like you...but you sound like someone who has never had to work on flat engine-vs-a standup. Volkswagen tried to keep it simple.

Just get a descent set of wheels and tires

Winch and a roof rack for the win!

As long as it has a 16v engine in it the price is right. It is kinda hard to find an unmolested early GTI

I so you’ve never seen the movie CARS?!

My ex wife’s car. 2006 kia sorento.
