I dont know how much you go back and read these, but my first car is a 68 vw baja. Hand signals work great. Second car. 65 vw bug. Hand signals are more indicative and faster. We have the same problem here in the phoenix area. Luke Air Force base has been here for decades. Now the people who moved into new houses are bitching about the noise from the jets.

Pretty sure they didnt do it during business hours and everybody seemed to keeping a wide berth. (It looks like shots from fixed cameras. Not people holding them) also lots of noise not much speed. I cant imagine this little stunt doing much damage unless carl had a seizure. And a stroke.
