It is good advice if you have a smartphone and go into deep woods or wilderness often (the best advice being to first let people know or to leave a note as to where you are headed). However, in the rural area where I live there are forests nearby where 10 minutes off the road there is no cell reception.

I saw it when it came out, and when it was re-released in 1971 my fiends and I watched it twice in a row. Somehow you could do that in movie theaters back then.

That was the advice my roommate’s professor gave the students. I, on the other hand, did find it to be a Great Book that really was a great book. However, it took me 4 weeks and I was mostly unemployed at the time. Also, I wouldn’t recommend reading it 3 times.
