Well, for me it was something of a trip down memory lane, as I was about Roma's age and got active in the gay and lesbian-feminist community in the 70s. For a TV- movie, let's face it, it's very sincere, not great, but it's no worse than most others, and television is already several steps away from actual family

He used to explain points of the law for the viewer - like a "bailment" meaning taking charge of something for someone, and that in order to have a contract there has to be "a meeting of the minds".

(Hat, not book.)

Yes, it was a little hard to tell at first whether that was the Nauvoo or the Rocinante.

WANT AVASARALA'S JEWELRY.

They have wheat on Ganymede?

You're right, but wow, it aged Thomas Jane. You could really see Miller as a middle-aged man who knows his time is up.

The issue I have is that the actress's English delivery is so stilted that the profanity is not rolling off her tongue as it should. I am quite accustomed to foreign accents but I find it distracting.

Loved him getting a kick out of saying "Bombs away!"

My understanding is that her mother didn't tell her anything, and when it came time for Victoria to give The Talk to her own about-to-be-married daughter, she merely advised, "Let him take the lead and then everything will go well."

Holden became the crew's captain ex-officio, as Executive Officer, after the Canterbury was destroyed. Naomi is now supposed to be Executive Officer.

Remember when he was in a bar on Ceres (I think) in the first season, and he remarks to his companion "I grew up in a place like this." And then after rebuffing a young male hustler Amos warns the kid that another patron has a knife.
