@ps61318: Dang! I was almost expecting with glee the mishegoss these news would bring to the New Yorkers who observe kosher laws. Having said this, this ruling makes sense. Otherwise, Jews could not even drink water.

I saw them several years ago from a rooftop in Chinatown while tripping nicely on e (for the first time, I might add). We saw some, and the best part really was around 4-5ish so you have to be up all night.
