He definitely works in a lot of fetishistic content into his shows, like feet and WAM imagery. Now a fetish in and of itself does not necessarily constitute illegal or illicit behavior, but the fact that this imagery appears on Disney programming, and involves underage actors...that is super icky.

Fingers crossed they dialed back Tandy going full Tandy this season. His demeanor last season almost made me quit the show. He seemed tolerable in this episode. I take that as a positive step
