I have zero need for this but me likey.

50% here! (SBUX & Facebook) Does it make it any better that I switched from NorthFace years ago to Mammut and Arcteryx? (5X the price for a change in fit.) Oh, and I live in Colorado. Shit.
Tragic story for sure. 100% preventable by following the golden rule of train tracks. Don't EVER park on them. Not once not ever.
Had a '93 S-10 pickup here with the 4.3L. Got it in 1996 with 23K miles on it (was a fleet vehicle that never got used.) It finally got traded in on a new Dodge Durango in 2001 with 180K miles on it.
Think we might have to disagree here. I see FAR MORE Camrys and Corollas than FRSes. Toyota makes veritable shitpiles of money on those...
Right around Broadway and County Line. I suppose that's technically HR though. I'm a bit north of there.
I've always cross shopped them. However I have never purchased one. Unless you are getting the top of the line turbo-charged ones or possibly the 3.6R, they're miserably underpowered at our elevation. I have two good friends who've sold theirs due to being able to outrun them on foot for 40 meters.
Having owned an XC90 and an S-60, I'd pick the Volvo anytime over another Grand Cherokee (which I've also owned.) While Volvo's resale has historically been atrocious, so is Jeep's since you're competing with a zillion rentals coming off rental duty as the GC is the standard rental SUV for loads of companies.
There's a white 110 that I occasionally in the Denver south metro area. Great looking truck!
This is true! I actually switched back to Apple after being stuck with too many Chrysler U-Connect rental boxes. They refused to properly pair with my Android device. The 30-minute voice activated pairing procedure on those things is shit.
Interesting. I have the top end Entune in my '13 LC. Believe it or not, it sucks less than pretty much every manufacturer-created system. I hated the previous-gen UConnect, VW/Audi's is slower than hell, and My Ford Touch makes no sense. Then again, I thought the GM one was pretty good. GMC Intellilink?
I can't explain it but I have an unnatural love for Phaetons. They are engineering marvels, fast as hell, and built like tanks. If I ever move to Europe (or they bring them back to the states) you can bet money I'll own one.
Is that the Corpus Christi bridge? Sure looks like it. It's pretty neat but it is definitely steep and has that sharp right-hander right at the shoreline drive exit. I haven't driven it in YEARS but back in the day people used to slam on the brakes as they crested the top of it.
Oh, come on and enjoy it! I may be an oddity on Jalopnik but not everything in life is about the cheapest or lowest common denominator. Hell, I drive an $80K+ Toyota!
Crazy! Our '09 and '13 Touaregs have auto headlamps. So does my '13 Land Cruiser.
Good point. Both my vehicles today contain the ability to adjust the light sensitivity. Then again if it's a cloudy day and it's snowing/raining, I usually turn them on manually.
Colorado is maniacal about front plates. (At least around downtown Denver and Boulder.) I have gotten 2 $75 tickets for not having one. So I finally caved and put it on.
Tends to be a pretty common problem on Subarus around here. I've honked (politely) at a few people lately and flashed my lights on/off to get them to turn them on. Almost pulled out in front of a dark gray outback at dusk about a week ago.
Meh, a car with that much technology (supercharger, turbo charger, plug-in battery, etc) shouldn't cost the same as a Prius.
The short answer is it's going to take time to build a significant network of stores.
