I think I saw in a different article that she responded to criticism by posting, “It’s not graffiti. I’m an artist. It’s art.” So yeah, entitlement ftw.

Could someone please explain to me how lifting his club caused the ball to roll backwards? It looked to me like the blade of his putter was a good two or three inches away from the ball when it moved. I could understand it if the club was grounded when the ball moved, but how does it move backwards when the club isn’t

I’ve heard of him of course, but never read him. If he’said worthy of being mentioned in the same sentence as Jilly Cooper and Judith Krantz, I’ll have the give him a try.

I first discovered Jilly Cooper when I was living in London (junior year abroad). I have probably re-read the Rutminster books half a dozen times. I am beyond thrilled that there’s a new one!!! Jill Cooper and Judith Krantz are the go to for feel good trash. Excuse me as I start combing the Internet for a copy....

If you can find it, there is an amazing documentary called “When We Were Kings,” about the Rumble in Jungle. Most of the film follows Ali during the lead up to the fight, and the footage is amazing. I hope someone will show it as a tribute, because it really shows so many of the facets of Ali’s incredible personality.

When my father starts to fail (he’s 87) I will be even more alone caring for him than I was with my mother and my grandmother. I’m the only immediate family left in town. I’m terrified, but I love him so much that I wouldn’t trust anyone else with his care.

Fellow Union grad here. Yeah, I had a couple of friends who were KA, and they were the ones who told me about it. Of course, since they were KA, I wasn’t sure if it was true or they just hallucinated it.

When I first looked at it, I thought that the thing that I now see is its’ left eye was actually a football. So, there’s that.

I have a football playing/coaching cousin called Boomer, and it is the perfect nickname for him. But his parents, who basically called him Boomer since birth, at least gave him a normal first name he could use if he wanted to.

And by the way, the study you’re quoting from was funded by a group of universities. So maybe not the most reliable place to get your info from.

The statement from the players claims that they actually have the best winning record of any sport at the school. Whether or not that’s true I have no idea, but they must be doing a lot of winning in order to make that statement believable.

So it only counts as intimidation and bullying if they’re waterboarded? If you are made to feel that the continuation of your scholarship is dependant on your answering a question in the way the questioner wants it answered, and not how you believe it should be answered, then you are going to end up with intimidated

A judge is California recently ruled that Uber can be sued for sexual attacks committed by its’ drivers. You really think that’s going to be less expensive in the long run than maintaining a database?

Yes, they absolutely get a say. If the AD chooses not to listen to them, that’s on the AD. But the athletes have a right to let their voices be heard. There are also consequences when the AD fires a well-liked coach - students will either transfer, despite the hardships, or leave the team if they can. It will also

If the players were subjected to “forced interviews” where they felt they were being bullied and intimidated, there’s a pretty good chance they know exactly what the investigation is about. Transferring to a new school to play an NCAA accredited sport isn’t as easy as you might think; even with scholarships, if you

The one thing they never tell you when you adopt a cat - from this moment on, you’ll never pee alone.

Thank you! Total brain fart.

If you think Audrey Hepburn is only a “meh” actress, you must see as many of the following as you can:

Best comment on Beyonce’s dress: She’s wearing Becky’s skin. And the accents are her teeth.
