When I saw the image... .THIS is what I saw first.

If NBC still has it until 2020 then I will be watching it online somehow. NBC was HORRID this year for the Olympics. I think I saw the Phelps back story so many times that I could write a 100 page essay on him by the close of business today. F-ing ridiculous....

Nice try on the image blur. I can still read "Westinghouse" pretty clearly....

I don't have wi-fi problems anymore now that I realized that if I fixed set to channels 1 and 11 for the 2 WAPs in my house.... all the shitty 2-WIRE routers from AT&T around my street auto-switch to channel 6. Yeah... its a dick move... but hey... I win.

Dear Square Enix,

It will still take time getting used to it though. I honestly would have agreed wholeheartedly with you in those first two weeks of getting used to it. but once you do, you will then be annoyed when its not there. At the higher frame rate things just look crisper and more real, and of course as I mentioned... sports

Depends on the hardware I think? I have a Vizio that does what you say but my Panasonic and my Samsung do an excellent job of frame creation.

Yes, I watch many things that are in 24fps on my Panasonic 1080p projector with "smooth motion" (frame creation) cranking it up to a higher fps. It only takes about a week to get used to it and I prefer it now. Especially for movies with a lot of action scenes.

To check a txt to make sure the house isn't on fire or something important... sure. To check the score of the big game, nope. Unless this girls says "hey check the score of the big game" then its ok and then I would also get down on one knee and propose marriage to her immediately because that one's a keeper.

If it doesn't outperform Windows 7 on day one it's gonna sell like shit.

LOL thats a lot of wasted money I just watched occur there to catch one fat man that couldn't run down his driveway without likely going in to cardiac arrest.

Are the Gizmodo Meetups conversations going to be isolated threads like the comment system? If so how will anyone know what the person next to them said? (snark)

This is all flat out unacceptable. Not only should the troops get to see whats on the Olympics, so should the rest of the world. NBC and the big media conglomerates can take their time delay and exclusivity and shove it in their collective asses.

Thats too bad. I hope my area gets the 48fps version. Progress... good. Stays the same... bad.

Pie in the sky.

I think we can do both and maybe stop spending so much on war? Just a thought....

LOL ok China... thats... ummmm.... random? How is an MMO character any different than any other fictional character? Go ahead... think on that. I'll wait.

Only if I get to do a TSA pat down to all the hot chicks who sit in this.

I hate that my carrier thinks I can't read a 10K report and know that they aren't doing shit to better their network.
