Well I too have tried this and it another failure for iTunes for Windows. When I use NTTTCP or Multicast MC Hammer to test the Wifi at my house I get stunning results. iTunes though is inefficient in its use of a very strong triple stream 5GHz signal and even worse with a dual stream 2.4 GHz signal.
