Screenshots and Price are the biggest factors, what is NOT a factor though is "in app store reviews". I have nothing wrong with reviews, but those reviews in the Android and iTunes stores are shit. Two vitriolic sentences does not constitute a review.

I have been using BLUEHOST.COM and I am really happy with them. Their support line is great and if you have a unique PERL script that needs implementing they are more than happy to load it for you on their host server.

That's not exactly true. Gawker eventually listened to their customers and added the "blog view" option for reading back the the UI. I'm using it now in fact.
