You’d be dismayed how many people, especially young people, don’t know what a browser is or how it differs from single-purpose apps. 

The Big Dig was going through an urban core that had tons of palms to grease.  This tunnel is going under a lake where the only life there to care are the algae blooms.

This will make it vastly easier to live in either city and work in the other. Both cities just added millions to their potential work forces. Could also affect Suzhou and Yixing as well, them being close enough for this tunnel to make a difference.
