You bet! I had the opportunity to chat with them at a meet & greet in March and they’re all super nice guys and seem to be incredibly well-versed in the annals of rock and roll.

I will eat my hat the day Word catches a comma splice.
RIP Dave Strader.
GAH. I sure wish I had an invite to that channel.
I don’t know, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by Tyler. When he got here he was supposedly a petulant turd, but that hasn’t been the case. We’ll obviously all have to wait and see how this plays out, but at this point I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Just like he did with Modano, amirite?
I suspect the Stars’ addition of Methot to the blue line and Hitch to the bench will matter more to their defense than what Bishop’s SV% rank was last year.
Can you confirm all of these? Most importantly, is it still go?
Hmmm, can I get either 80's project car presentable enough to take all the way to California by December..............
That fabric tho
Yeah, David. Come on. Nobody wants to see drawings of cars.
My old corolla had an intermittent gas gauge fault that made it impossible to trust. My route home from work took me around a cloverleaf off ramp, and when my trip odometer showed I should be getting low, I’d take the right hand curve fast enough to slosh all the fuel to the left side of the tank.
There’s a wistfulness in his voice on Down South that really makes it special to me. Absolutely the authenticity you’re referring to.
I agree, but I try to temper it through the lens of time. The upstart band with one album can’t possibly have the same reach yet.
You and your son should make a point to go see The Shelters. My dad and I saw them this spring and had a great time.
“It seems the heroes of my childhood are becoming fewer and fewer. This one absolutely kills me though. My wife and I are only in our mid-30's, but all of our “heroes” are from an older generation.”
In the Dark of the Sun and Out in the Cold are both excellent driving songs and I can’t believe I forgot to list them.
Highway Companion and (seeing your comment below) Echo are both hugely underrated. Echo is probably what I played most yesterday, and I have fond memories of flying over Texas while Saving Grace played in my headphones.
Most of those make a super satisfying sound when they land.
