Hey, my 2020 Tacoma still has dials and switches for everything except the radio, but it also has a backup camera, blind spot notification and overhead parking camera—really the best of all possible worlds. 

The Chademo adapter for a Tesla is >$500. I’d guess they don’t sell very many. As mentioned the J1772 adapter is free.

Tesla does both those exact things and has been doing them for a long time. Don’t let that get in your way of commenting though.
