Not necessarily. Disorientation is a huge part of a cluster headache attack. Additionally, the pain radiates from behind the eyes, instead of the top of your head. That explains the eye squinting as well, as your sensitivity to light and sound goes through the roof during an attack.

Sounds like a cluster headache/migraine. I wouldn't wish one on my worst enemy.
