I use it for two reasons: to actually be able delete messages as opposed to archive them and to use alternate addresses as I pull all my mail to gmail and am able to send through all my different email addresses through gmail.

I completely agree with you. I don't enjoy reading on an e-reader or tablet and I definitely find the physical books easier to read and easier to study from. The only problem is of course moving and bringing your library with you....

One thing that has definitely helped me is create a budget (and modify it as I go) but stick to it. It has definitely allowed me to have some financial freedom (in the sense that I know how much I have to spend) and has helped me build up a savings account and reduce debt.
