That Rachel-quizzing thing is actually a different episode, several seasons later.  Bamboozle was definitely one of the highlights of those later years, though.  "Madre Sierra the of Treasure!"

I don't know how I missed this episode… it was really funny.  Definitely one of the better Stands Down.

Kind of an anticlimax there (for the story and the series).  But those people were dumb — Natasha Leggero is a hottie, and involving her with gelatin wrestling, even if only in a preludinary fashion (coined and minted!), seems to me like an attractive proposition.
