I like the fact that a lot of the songs on this show the characters would likely never listen to.

I never thought the Bing was intentionally not sexy; the women were obviously fake looking and it heightened the dirty world these people live in.

The heavy breathing definitely becomes really unnerving; it helps the motif of tony being a terrifying monster, something I always really liked.

i've eaten some good pasta, but yeah…i have no idea what the fuck gabagool actually is, hahaha.

Love the Pie-Oh-My scene; my favorites are "American Girl in season 6 and the Dolphins by Fred Neill when Chris is using. The scene isn't really necessary I guess, but it's beautifully shot, and the song is gorgeous.

It's definitely ambiguous (the guy seems to have no clue what chris is talking about at first), but when the guy screams "Im sorry! I'm sorry!" right before hes shot, it definitely marks him as guilty to me.

fourth season
i have an affection for this one; although the (SPOILERS) carmela and furio subplot absolutely sucks, it leads to the end for her marriage, and theres just so much tension going around these episodes because not much happens. it's all simmering until it explodes. Also love the use of "World Destruction",

huh
never watched the show, but adam and kristina kinda sound like nate and brenda in the fifth season of sixth feet under- (SPOILER) without the bitter hatred, though.

Yeah, I love that bit; it's used in Family Guy once actually, with requisite deep voice. That No Dogs Allowed is another way Peanuts basically prepares you for when life just plain disappoints you, despite everything you do.

I watched East of Eden. Too much melodrama at times, albeit well-directed and well written, but James Dean makes that movie. So damn good in every scene. And I did enjoy Burl Ives kinda being a badass.
Exit Through The Gift Shop-Black comedy as a documentary. Ends with total despair over art and commercialism. Alright!

not a bad couple of episodes.
vendetta is pretty cool in terms of visuals, too, fear of victory just builds up for "never fear" though. that corpse look is pretty freaky. just watched "roxy rocket" for the first time-the double entendres are fucking EVERYWHERE-I thought Looney Tunes got racy.

obviously you missed him in austin powers and the birdcage.

i dunno
i really loved this one. jay and mitchell's scenes were fantastic, just a lot of fun. and phillip baker hall puts a lot of gravity into it when he said, "i was a fireman. i don't hurt kids." also, dylan using the term "uncleses".

yeah!
chris browns right, charlie sheen assaulted a woman and beat her rather horribly! oh yeah, charlie sheen never did, hes just an idiot. that was chris brown. what a dick.

sweet
cigarettes and valentines does suffer from the live mix (id love to hear a studio cut), but man what a kick ass song. "i dont want to go back home/i dont want a kiss goodnight." just a fucking awesome punk pop love song. THIS IS SO GOING ON MY MIXTAPE!

legendary
thought this was a really good episode; damn. the marshall/gang scenes were hilarious (the possum was a nice touch); and the lithgow/harris scene at the end. theres a lot of real emotion there, a lot like marshall and the death of his father. good acting all around, especially barney, saying with a mix of

yeah i have no problem with begley voicing germs; actually, i remember being delighted that he had such variety as a voice actor. begley is pretty damn cool.

perlman's great in this; it's fun to hear asner as both a sweet old guy in up and a ruthless capitalist in this episode. batman always had good voice actors.

man
this band is so BORING. I dug their cover of "sliver" by nirvana, but theyre just so damn humorless, as insufferable as bad religion without the kickass first album. review rohnert park by ceremony! its late but theyre such a great band.

Patrick Leahy's a huge fan of Batman, and I think he's in the Dark Knight. Props to him for his geekdom.
