No no I hate the musical, love the album. Broadway Professionals shouldn't touch stuff like this. Punk and musicals don't mix. Actually, if this was a REAL punk musical, the actors would slam-dance, not do all this broadway dancing. Sure, it'd hurt, but they'd stop being crybabies and suck it up.

Ha ha, no no, I love American Idiot the album, hate the musical. I actually like musicals, but not this one; broadway professionals shouldn't latch onto something like this.

Sigh
I fucking love Green Day, I'll make no apologies, but American Idiot the musical is a disgrace. What a terrible idea, especially considering it's an album I love. Well, hope it goes well, I guess…

huh
the cobain tribute is pretty good, but was soundgarden THAT good? well, black hole sun is awesome…and…hmmm, i gotta go dig out superunknown. did you guys cover green day yet?

"And how are the children?"
"We never HAD any children, Frank."
"Ah, yes…"

man
this sucks; even in the scary movie franchise, he was always funny. "remind me to sign that abortion bill"… and of course, one of the best lines in airplane: "i just wanted to tell you both, good luck, we're all counting on you." he seemed like a nice guy, but at least he died surrounded by his family and beloved

little big man
is such a glorious movie; often incredibly sad, really funny, and it has this eccentricity that makes it distinct from other Westerns. Great characters: the gay Indian, Faye Dunaway's Christian wife/prostitute, Wild Bill.

the only girl
in the world is ridiculously awesome. The chorus has a sing along feel that a lot of songs now really don't, and that chord change when she sings with the chorus is sweet bubblegum.

I fucking love "Na na na", it's a great combination of Bowie ripoffs, Stooges, and metal. Kind of brilliant. Otherwise, I don't care, but I like MCRs more bad-ass singles (Teenagers, Desolation Row)

why not
just have prince again? no matter what, he's going to be fucking great. just have him every halftime show, it's a lot easier than booking these morons.

she was ALMOST insufferable; the scene in the season 6 (part 2) opener where she bitches about how they treat tony made me scream at the tv; fucking spoiled self-righteous mob princess.

supernatural elements
always come up in brilliant ways in this show; pussy's ghost, as in last week, but here the crow proves a dark omen for poor, stupid chrissy, and adriana a little bit. gotta say, i really felt for aj with this episode; iver was good at playing a stupid selfish douchebag but also a sweet,

as much as
i think pineapple express is one of the greatest comedies ever made (yeah, deal with it), this looks…disastrous? yeah. special effects/comedy don't work very well together if it's not the gloriousness of ghostbusters.

I actually think the first movie is a weirdly brilliant masterpiece; don't ask me why, i've watched it dozens of movies, i love all the "proper" movies, but i love harold and kumar go to white castle. the 2nd movies also pretty good, actually.

huh
much as billy corgan is a HUGE hypocrite (yeah, reuniting because your crappy solo album isn't selling out), he also has a point. it's kind of sad that pavement and the pixies are touring for cash, not for the music or each other. theyre not writing anything new, just cashing in on their old, brilliant output. of

cher
great performance in come back to the 5&5, jimmy dean; my stepdad and i often bond in a weird way over that movie: cher and also sandy dennis as a completely batshit james dean fan.

david cross did actually play ginsberg in im not there; they look somewhat alike in their later years: bald, glasses, hyper-intellectual…yep that sums it up.

Golden Years or Suffragette City.

Fuck yeah
He laid belief on me; he will be my living end. I'm pretty sure David Bowie is the greatest artist ever considering his incredible run of 1969-1983 of awesome albums, his groundbreaking exploration of where music can go, his flamboyance and sense of image, and his restlessness as an artist. Just too goddamn
