So, needs more Doof Warrior?

Knox County shall lead the world!

Trump also seems to be distancing himself from Bannon, claiming that he didn't know Bannon until after he had the primary wrapped up and that Bannon contributed little to his victory. Rumor is that Republicans doin know how to handle Bannon, or the alt-right in general.

Uncovering a FISA warrant is probably worse for Trump than finding nothing. At least with nothing, he could shout conspiracy theories onto Twitter.

Like, can they kill people? Or just black people?

There are a lot of things that died in the 90s that have returned.

I can't imagine Russia didn't know about the chemical attacks; it'd be a ridiculous pointless risk for Assad to do that without tacit Russian support. Russia is still pushing a counter-narrative that conventional bombs struck a rebel chemical warehouse, so they're deliberately attempting to shield Assad from any

I just wanted to highlight how weird it is that we're looking to what Britain's foreign policy is to see what ours might be.

Trump doesn't actually care about Syria, and is trying to find the politically easiest action. At first, it was limited air strikes - satisfy the hawks without justifying another nation building morass. But that only works once. He doesn't want to back down, but doesn't want to invade, and can't find a middle ground.

The situation in Syria shows that when Trump doesn't know what to do, he uses force. China might keep things from coming to a head for a while, but right now, it's a game of chicken between two provocateurs.

Boris Johnson, UK Foreign Secretary, has said that the U.S. could use more air strikes to reign in and/or overthrow Assad. So, I guess Britain is behind Trump.

Word is that China sees him as weak and struggling for legitimacy. They'll probably do what they can to de-escalate things with North Korea, but will bulldoze over him on everything else.

There are conflicting signals on Assad. Direct action against him is a non-starter; Russian troops are embedded with Syrian military, so that would mean war with Russia.

It's basically Robocop, but OCP are the good guys.

The Syrian military base Trump bombed is operational again, even launching bombing runs on the area that was gassed. But with conventional bombs, so…progress?

You're halfway there!

Predator always

Bullshit. Smokey Robinson was grown in a lab.

As a one-off, it does almost nothing long term. As a prelude to nation building…oh, boy.

Hey, let's launch some missiles or whatever the fuck, who cares.
