Tillerson seems to be backing off the "pre-emptive strike" talk regarding North Korea, instead stressing the potential economic benefits to North Korea if they engaged with the global economy in an interview with the only reporter traveling with him on his trip to Asia. This is probably a result of his meeting with

Ah yes, the "imagine if somebody said a mean thing about Obama" bit. Hey, remember when Ted Nugent said he wanted to personally murder Obama in the middle of a concert?

The AHCA is being rewritten, apparently to provide more (read:some) help to older, low income people. No word on anything to address the millions that would lose coverage altogether.

And Japan and China aren't exactly known for welcoming immigrants as it is—I can't even imagine what they'll do in the face of a large scale refugee crises.

One possibility of war with North Korea would be the worst humanitarian crisis the world has ever seen, far surpassing Syria. A military quagmire that makes Afghanistan look like a cakewalk, with nobody having any sort of legitimacy to rule after Kim's.

Trump continues to not understand how NATO works, again accusing other countries of underpaying and getting a free ride from the US.

It seems there are two intertwined beginnings of the wiretap rumors. There's the RT version—where the GCHQ tie-in comes from, which was started by a former CIA analyst that spread conspiracy theories about the Obama's in '08—and the Brietbart one. Apparently, a Brietbart writer heard about the RT story on right-wing

Karl Rove and Dick Cheney had a similar strategy to control news cycles—start rumors, then comment on the rumors once they start spreading. Of course, you're supposed to start the rumors quietly in this scenario.

That's why I always tell children how worthless they are.

Almost forgot the weakest part: Once it became clear that the British were upset, Trump tried to pass the buck to a Fox News commentator that had agreed with the wiretapping claims, saying that he, Trump, was merely referring to the Fox News segment.

I don't think any other elected officials are backing Trump on this. Several have said that it is clearly not true.

Trump still stands by his insane claim that Obama wiretapped him, now dragging at least two other countries into this mess.

They say they feed the hungry, but people are hungry again the next day! Sad!

Trump's initial budget plan has been released, and it's only slightly more popular than the AHCA. Across the board cuts for everything that isn't military or a giant wall. The complete elimination of the NEA, funding for PBS and Meals on Wheels. Funding for services in rural areas also take a big hit, which isn't

Those invalid seniors have had a free ride for too long! No more free lunches!

More details about Trump's budget have emerged. The NEA is completely cut, as is the grant to Meals on Wheels.

Trump is Commander in Chief, so he would have chain of command on his side. Of course, the Constitution (and international laws relating to war crimes) supersede chain of command, while Trump is disturbingly popular among law enforcement, so…Let's hope we don't find out.

A Constitutional crises, that would probably turn into an armed standoff involving law enforcement and the military.
