Newsweek is, surprisingly, back in print. The International Business Times (a former employer of mine with shady ties to a cult) revived the print edition early this year as a "boutique." It is, supposedly, profitable, but that doesn't mean I'm not waiting for it to crash and burn.

You're getting shat on, but this is honestly a great point. Science is an unfairly male dominated field, so it's very important that Ghostbusters shows young women the REALITY of working in science: ladies can't do it and also there are so many ghosts just flying around.

Especially because "North Brooklyn" is a semi-correct answer. Most people would just say a specific neighborhood, but North Brooklyn can mean Williamsburg or Greenpoint or that general area. The "North Side" of Brooklyn, though, is absolutely not a thing.

Sounds a lot like Stannis Baratheon at Blackwater.

Cooper was great in Wet Hot American Summer back in 2001, which should be proof enough that he's always been more than a pretty face.

You're right! And the fact that he was a lord, and the woman he desired. The point is, GRRM would be the worst writer in the world if Bloodraven somehow wasn't the Greenseer.

But the hate between the Brackens and Blackwoods is strong enough that I could see it happening. Either way, you are right that there's plenty pointing towards Daeron being the brother he loved.

But wouldn't it be so perfectly tragic if his hate for Bittersteel outweighed his love for Daemon in that war?

True! But while it's easy to see that Bittersteel was the brother he hated, I don't think we've ever found out which one he loved yet (you could probably argue for Daeron or Daemon equally) so I left it out.

The character only ever appears as Brynden "Bloodraven" Rivers in the Dunk and Egg novelas, but there are enough links between the Greenseer and Bloodraven to pretty much confirm they are the same guy: both night's watch members, both albinos, both have one eye, both named Brynden, both had a brother they hated, both

I refuse to believe that. The Watchmen lettering is so…not terrible.

Comic Sans always says "fun."

For me, it's Born Again, though maybe that has more to do with Mazzuchelli's absolutely stunning art.

OH MY GOD YES. That bothered me so much in the early episodes.

No. It's credited to Rivers Cuomo and Jacknife Lee.

This is the worst record I've ever heard.
No lie, it's absolutely awful. It deserves an F and no less.

Hey, it's still funny!

Incredibles: better than Watchmen?

I am 100% in love with their latest release. I wish this site would review it, actually. I don't feel that they get nearly enough love.

I'm gonna have to disagree with 90% of the review's Enigk history. I loved World Waits (and HIFTBSO, for the record). It retroactively got me into Sunny Day Real Estate. I guess I did it backwards or something? I first heard him doing guest vocals on mewithoutYou's last disk, loved it, bought his solo stuff, and then
