"THE GAME IS AFOOT!!!"

I am definitely NOT EXCITED for it, at all, and I also don't have a habitual commitment to the series, since I'm new to the show.  I think I'm watching it so I can come here and read you guys and know what you're talking about.

There seems to be so much concern about the women on the jury being so furious with Kim that they'll vote for anyone BUT her…and I just don't see it.  I agree that Christina will vote for Kim, and I think that Chelsea will as well, even if Kim votes her out next week. I think chelsea (et.al. - with possible exception

For sure Kat definitely looked as though she has NOT cooled off.  After getting a look at her with her shiny blownout hair and bee-stung pout, it was SO easy to imagine her as she is in her real life…sitting in some bar adjacent to her community college in a nasty little suburb of orlando, perched on a stool swinging

Don't her boobs just appear to be getting bigger as the rest of her body becomes skinnier?  With Chelsea as well…and since I'm not too familiar with fake boobs, I have Survivor to thank for educating me in this regard.  Probably not a good idea to invest in a pair of whopping fake bosoms if you anticipate dropping 20

I'll take a break from reading the SEVERAL Megan *teeth* posts over on the Mad Men board to wonder just a bit about Christina's.  Teeth.  They are…very large?

Every week I'm more astonished by the UNBELIEVABLE doppelgangery thing going on with Chelsea and Vera Miles.  Seems to become more pronounced as the pounds drop off.  (Of Chelsea.)

Oh, pish-tosh.  I don't.

I'm recalling those hard plastic dark brown cylindrical bottles full of Vidal Sassoon *magic in a bottle* that seemed to turn my hair into a glossy wonderland…and smelled faintly of almonds…and god, I felt so chic!!  (I was so young!)

hahaha!!  You're right; the prospect of watching betty interact with children for a full 15 minutes is a yummy one.  Scary, but yummy.

Speaking as someone who grew up in the 60s and 70s, listening to the beatles allllll dayyyyy lonnnnnngggggg…it's so strange to think of something this momentous (the first airing of a beatles song on a US tv show) as just a little bit more money in the coffers of michael jackson's mom.  And kids.  I feel so old.

Hmmmm…I dunno.  It's hard to imagine her being given the precise direction: "OK, alexis…now give us a line reading that suggests a person with borderline personality disorder".  I'd have to agree that she just sort of sucked.

And don's WORD for the swearing was spot-on.  "Why are you CURSING??"  Actually I was surprised at his reaction and then realized that…they DON'T "curse" on this show.  My parents' crowd certainly did!!  "Dammit to hell" and "hell's bells", in particular.  No "shit"s or "fuck"s though.  Eek.

I'm sputtering.

Have to say I agree with todd's assessment of her awwwwwwful performance.  At first I thought it was the writing, particularly the lines:  "Enjoy the memory!!  Fantasize about it!!" - granted, those are some corny words, but from her mouth they were brutal.  And my fave:  YOUR IRISES ARE SO BLUE AND ROUND!!!!   I wish

Me, too.  I've been TRYING to warm to the character, and to the actress, and just can't.  To either.  I don't find her even remotely "totally, irresponsibly good-looking".  Maybe that's my problem.  I don't get why everybody else DOES…plus she's just a flipping bore.  Nothing. Interesting. About. Her. At. ALL.  Bring

Agree wholeheartedly.  IMO Midge was far more modern than Megan will ever be; the "risks" Midge took every single day of her life were far weightier than the "huge steps" Megan is taking now.  I think Megan's every move is extremely calculated: she knew all along that acting was the thing for her and she also knew

Next week on Mad Men: Megan angrily spits: JUST DO WHAT YOU'RE TOLD!!  Wonder if she says it to sally/bobby (in the dining room) - or to don (in the bedroom).

For the conspiracy theorist in all of us: what do you think it means that sunday's episodes of Mad Men and The Killing were BOTH set on or close to *Halloween????!!!!*

For real.  This post was all kinds of too weird for me, but my takeaway was NUBILE CHERRY??????????
