I've been hearing cautiously good reviews of Monday Mornings. House burned me on medical procedurals. Is this worth trying out?

If you can get 1080p, it's absolutely worth watching this now. Campion's scenery chewing is something to behold and Moss is doing some of her best work in the two episodes that've aired so far.

I've never experienced scenery chewing on such scale on television. It's ridiculous and its amazing. This series is making me want to try a Campion movie.

Yeah, and if there's a situation where one of them might have to sacrifice the other for the fulfillment of a critical mission they wouldn't want personal feelings to play into the decision making.

I was so proud of that little girl.

Oh yeah, she'd definitely make bank as running muscle for oligarchs with some fellow ex-KGB people.

I came into Hopkins with 32, so even with a significant biomedical engineering core curriculum with design

Irina is confusing. Did she and Micha really have a child together? Was she really running away or was that yet another test for the KGB? Are Philip and Elizabeth really better off from Philip's lie about what transpired between him and Irina? Does it even matter if the truth will come out anyways?

I thought its dreamlike effect on me would wear off after repeated viewings but instead it's grip has only gotten stronger. I worry that Kar-Wai will never be able to match what he's done with ITMFL.

I'm not sure the final season of the Wire holds up to the material that precedes it. It's still an incredible piece of television but between the shortened season order and the sheer impossibility of matching the developments of season 4 mean that I don't hold it in as high a regard as the rest. There were things in

Marathoners tend to be compact, lithe people because that provides the greatest overall efficiency. Sprinters tend to be on the large side with long stride lengths because they need explosive power.

I don't think hitchhiking was actually a thing at all when they were growing up. It seems unlikely that an average Soviet citizen would be using a car to get around on a regular basis, and those that did own cars would likely be recognized by everyone who lived in the neighborhood.

Most of that fear needs to be instilled by parents and I don't think Philip and Elizabeth are as familiar with American culture as they need to be to provide that training.

To be honest I was a little worried initially that they were pulling a Homeland and we'd now have Liz and Philip as defectors.

@avclub-792b765aa995daf26cf6f17f519c949d:disqus I think if we took a look at general perception of safety, it'd be a lot higher along the Carolina coast, than DC and its suburbs if we're considering the 70s - 80s.

I actually thought Liz beating up Claudia was completely in character. Her dedication and belief in the Soviet apparatus is central to her existence. It is what she values above all else. So when that system she has put so much belief questions her dedication, after all that she's done, she explodes.

Either/or I suppose. Most likely the latter or he may just have bought it himself.

Thanks. I honestly wouldn't have seen it if it weren't for the sudden close up on his wrist. I've also since remembered that the strap got really famous after  Bond wore something similar in Goldfinger. Since that movie came out in the mid-60s, and this is quite a while after that, and the Russian might fancy himself
