I rented Eyes Wide Shut shortly after it came out and thought it was retarded. I don't even think I got through it. I can't think of any other movie I disliked THAT much.

I also have the Cobain/Burroughs disc. I like it. The music is actually what I would expect a Cobain solo album to have sounded like.

Shambling, rollicking, AWESOME mess.

I don't think Michael K. Williams should be allowed to act anymore. He was TOO good as Omar, and anything else will just pale in comparison.

Fat Joe would be a hilarious Kingpin. He would be dropping n-bombs all over the place, and even Daredevil, despite being blind, would recognize that Joe is not, in fact, black.

I just realized that Omar Epps' character in "House" has the same name as that kid from "That 70s Show." Weird.

I'm pretty sure Gilliam wanted to do a Gormenghast movie at one point, didn't he?

To be fair, the way that most Americans pronounce "garage" is absolutely ridiculous.

Anyone know of somewhere this show can be watched online?

"Bro Hymn" is the only reason Pennywise has ever been allowed to exist. That song is so righteous.

Every time I hear anything about "Guitar Hero," it makes me think of the Clash, and how the Clash is about 9,999,999,999 better than video games.

How do you plug a real guitar into your Xbox or whatever? How do you which chord corresponds to which coloured blob on the screen?

I had an Atari 2600 growing up. That's about the last time I was competent on a video game system of any kind. They started adding all of these extra buttons and I was just way out of my element.

I have a few of these Guitar Hero games (for PS2), and while they're a lot of fun for the first little bit, they get INCREDIBLY dull really quickly. I'm at the point where I never want to pick up one of those little plastic guitars again, and I don't think I've even finished any of the games we have. It's just boring

This is absolutely retarded.

Do guitars even exist anymore? Where am I?

I thought "man, these guys don't look like they're having any fun at all, and they're trying to do some kind of throwback thing. This sucks."

I've just never understood the appeal, personally.

The late 70s are high on my list. All of the early punk stuff, a shit-ton of reggae (although my personal favourite reggae era is the early 80s, mainly because of Junjo Lawes' Volcano Productions), and squeaking in at the very end of the decade, the ideal combination of the two, the almighty Bad Brains.

I'm sure I have some records that I picked up in the 90s that 2011-me would never have been interested in, but I still have those records because I still have fond memories associated with them.
