I think so, yes.

Great post, and I'd like to see someone run with the Song of Ice & Fire/Survivor comparison.  I mean, we've already got little people in both, so we're halfway home.

Kim, Jay and Sabrina seem to have good heads on their shoulders.  Everyone else is either an idiot (Kat, Leif) or mentally ill (Tarzan, Alicia, possibly Christina).  So if things work out as they should, one of those first three folx should win.  Which I'm sure will happen, coz y'all know Survivor always works that

"Rantics" is a neologism worth preserving.

Well, I can always go back to the DQ.

Haveta disagree.  Take anyone, literally anyone, out of this episode's 12-member team and substitute him/her with Colton, and I guaran-dang-tee you the episode would've been a lot more entertaining.

What's so dispiriting about Aubrey is that she's conned Lisa into buying her bullshit…that, and the fact that she's dead on about Debbie Gibson.  But the devil can quote scripture, so…

Agreed, more or less, with a slight correction: she's the Russel Hantz of this show, destined to do great and get to the end but without a prayer of winning.  And she makes for great television.

Your indignation only makes my interpretation more right.  Kidding.  Sort of.

I agree it "seems" tame but I think that scene has an amazing power about it.  The complete helplessness of the cop and the sadistic pleasure Madsen's character takes in torturing him all felt so authentic that it beats any sort of poop-eating or zombie-chomping scene others might mention, at least for me.  There's

*Spoilers* for Funny Games

While that didn't induce queasiness in me, it did "make me sick" in much the same way.  That bastard should've gone down and stayed down, but, like you said, that's what makes GRRM's saga so danged memorable, too.

Yup, ditto.  She's a nice, intelligent, thoughtful person, in other words…she's doomed.

Kat's the kind of person that makes me think it must be delightful to be dumb.  Imagine the endless wonderment at discovering things normal folk already know.  Next episode: Kat's amazement after learning about wisdom teeth.

I do not understand why Christina is constantly disrespected and distrusted.  What the heck did she do?  I can understand her drawing fire from mouthy hyenas like Colton and Alicia, but why does Tarzan dislike her so much?  And the other women?

Yeah, Jeff leaving the show is news to me.  Bad news.

Nothing on this week's episode?  I guess the apprentice just isn't in that rupaul's drag race rarefied air.

No….no…no….no….no I will not see this.

Hmm, I felt the reviewer was a little too hard on this episode, which I enjoyed quite a bit, as much as any episode this season.  Tracy's horror at being called full of bologna alone made it memorable for me; I really enjoyed Liz's digs at Irish stuff, too, near the beginning of the show ("what am I, gonna write a

Van Susteren is one of my least favorite Republicunts.  At least the Megyn Kellys of the world have that Eva-Braun heroin chic thing going for them.  Van Susteren's just an ugly bitch. [/personal attack]
