Thank you for your service. You are relieved.

Unfortunately, YouTube "celebrities" makes a whole fuckload of money, in the millions. It's likely that even this - dropping 3 grand on a pool of soda - will probably end up making him more money than he spent due to views, coverage on sites like this, etc., all resulting in advertising, etc.

For what it's worth, I didn't even mind the "Sabotage" trailer for this movie. I get that it's maybe not so in keeping with the traditional Star Trek TV shows and such - like, Patrick Stewart's role in The Next Generation didn't bring to mind "action movie with a Beastie Boys soundtrack" to fans - but I still liked

Indeed. The sad fact, however, is that it's really playing off the controversy to get more attention, and it works like gangbusters for him, apparently. Sites like this cover it, and apparently we click it, and he gets famous and even richer despite being kind of a shitty person. It's certainly a win for him, though.

Ewan McGregor seems like a pretty smart man. I mean, if I were a Hollywood guy directing a movie, I, too, would cast Jennifer Connelly as my hot wife.

That guy hunts people!

I don't think 'complacent' is the word you meant there.

Did that movie even have a shark? I have no idea what the plot for that movie was, except she wore a bikini.

I meant Blackwater, I think.

Ah yeah, Blackfire was cool. I don't remember it as well, so maybe by default, my favorite fight before this was the one at the Wall. I loved that one, which was also really well done, in my opinion.

Hm… people use science (defined loosely here) incorrectly a lot.

Interesting point, and I think that might be right. He doesn't seem to be very great at expressing himself, but even if there is a language barrier, or what have you, he comes off as a bit more vapid and creatively illiterate than he probably realizes. The notion that the more self-indulgent a piece of artwork is, the

They really did do a fantastic job of diversifying it. It never got boring, and you go through a lot of different emotions while watching it. It was definitely one of the best episodes of the show.

I thought the last episode was perhaps the best episode they ever did on the show. Some parts were predictable, perhaps, but it could have easily gone other ways several times. But I'm not one of those people that always likes to say, "I knew this would happen" afterwards, and I don't really read fan predictions

I hear they're way more fun when they're the Riot police though, unlike the boring bozos they become when they're the Anti-Riot guys.

Nothing against Barsanti, though, I suppose. But… man, this is the sort of stupid news stuff that I don't care to read, and it needs a little spice to make clicking this worthwhile.

I'm imagining how Shaun O'Neal would write this newswire, and wishing it were so.

What I linked and described pertains not only to what Goyer wanted to do, but what Nolan wanted to do. If you can't provide evidence to support the claim that Nolan wanted only a cameo from the Joker, than it's probably wrong.

… Haha. Was that an honest attempt to make that face by her?

That does indeed sound like a national security issue. Unless this Xbratl demigod is really, really sexy, I guess…
