Wow
I gotta say, I have seen every episode of Sunny, 30 Rock, and the Office, and this episode was the funniest and best written anything I have seen since, dare I say it, Arrested Development. Heck, I think it ranks up there with the best of AD's episodes. The rapid-fire dialogue, blink and you'll miss them jokes,

Amen on nurses finally getting a starring role- but if you think they have it bad, look at what respiratory therapists get. The largest medical profession outside of doctors and nurses, and I don't think there has ever been one on any television show. And if you don't work in the medical field, chances are you've

Lauren Conrad
The least repulsive person on The Hills.

Goin' live it up down old South America way, eh, Micheal?

No one will ever do the voiceover better than Veronica Mars

Have to second GhaleonQ's comment. Ferguson and Kristen Bell together have done the funniest and most entertaining late night interviews ive ever seen. They have such a fantastic genuine chemistry that you hardly ever see. If she would guest host or be a regular sidekick id watch every night

THE KEY TO THE SERIES
Is in Caprica's quote at the end: "Let a complex system repeat itself enough and eventually something surprising might happen. Thats part of God's plan also." That's a theory of how artificial intelligence might develop- eventually it just "springs up" out of a complex system of machinery. So it

Harlan Ellison
I don't have an opinion on him or his litigious ways but the Battlestar Galactica Finale is Friday and I think we can all agree that will be awesome.

So, in summary, your internet club consists of attractive people who are also sports fans discussing the truth about big stars? Do I have that correct?

A TOTALLY Different Interpretation
Wow- I got the complete opposite meaning from Chuck's speech to Sarah. He said he was determined to be with the woman he loves. He loves Sarah, and even though he thinks she fell for Cole, he's still determined to get rid of the intersect and be with her, to win her over again.

The Hold Steady
A discussion of this episode cannot be complete without acknowledging its fantastic use of Stay Positive

How do you know that I'm not actually dating Kristen Bell in actual real life, while simultaneously fending off the advances of a certain brunette bombshell?? And that I chose to state my preference once and for all in this impersonal, indirect medium??? You can't know that for sure.

Hi, Eliza.
Listen- I like you a lot- you've got a lot of things going for you and you seem like a nice person- you're beautiful, babe, really- but Kristen Bell is still the only girl for me. I hope you can understand.

Wow
This episode, to me, is the best of the series so far. Absolutely classic- it feels like this show is summing up the entire scope of the human struggle, range of emotion, and growing up in the very tight focus of a few characters in a small town in Texas. Its just so… epic.

What is cut from the NBC airings?
The eps on DIRECTV were over an hour, right? So what is getting cut from the airings on NBC?

Question about editing of episodes
So, I heard the original eps lasted over an hour. They're down to normal size on NBC, so my question is what are we missing?

The Cold Open
Yeah, this was probably the season's weakest ep so far- on the other hand, black lingerie. Some new scale of hotness needs to be invented solely so that Strahovski can be placed on said scale. Paradoxically her crazy teeth make her even hotter.

That she is, Yummsh.

RadioLab annoys the heck out of me- the hosts talk in this gratingly condescending tone- and theyre always talking about how Interesting their current subject is and What It Tells Us About The Human Condition. Its boring and tiring. This American Life, however, just tells the stories and lets them be compelling in

Correct one's own completely pointless internet post seems like the apex of frivolity, but it is Craig Ferguson, not Kilborn. (existential sigh)
