There's always "Madison Chooses"
There's always "Madison Chooses"
I love both of these shows, so I'm sad about one and happy for the other. That said, the world needs more shows like "Trophy Wife", but thats probably just me getting soft in my advancing years.
The point was that Wikipedia is riddled with errors. Some of those are untruths being repeated with no research (as in the case here), others are deliberate misinformation.
Somewhat off topic here, but has anyone seen that Army ad where the soldier is looking through a scope at people in an Islamic village and then they pull back to reveal that he's looking through a surveying scope, not a gun.

Then you're not cool.
We did the same thing and the money we saved by ditching cable more than frees up enough cash to buy Mad Men episodes individually on Amazon or itunes.
Fun fact: Bill Buckner made his major league debut in 1969 with 1 at bat for the Dodgers.
At nearly 1400 comments, it may be discussed below - but surprised that the review doesn't get into Lou giving praise & money to Peggy and backing her in the Burger Chef phone call with the partners. Does he truly believe in her despite his somewhat hostile tone in prior episodes, or is he playing some sort of long…
LeaseTech is pretty simple to understand. Computers in 1969 weren't just things you "bought" - you had to lease them. IBM offered to lease its own equipment for a higher price on a shorter term (that way they could get you to upgrade more frequently). LeaseTech offered the same equipment, but on better terms.
She tried to be the adult in the situation (even if she had her reservations), and Don decided to blow her off. His reasons weren't necessarily because of any animosity towards Peggy, but she understandably took it personally.
The Miranda July story here is a bit of misinformation based on the New York Times making an error in the story that Wikipedia quotes (gasp!)
Fun fact: There are 2 Coca-Cola bottlers in the US that never made the switch to HFCS: Cleveland, OH & Lehigh Valley, PA (Allentown). In both of their territories you can still drink Coke the way it was meant to be enjoyed, with real sugar.
Yeah, but what do Ian Svenonius & Mayim Bialik think of this?
So this guy was in a few bands in the 90s that ripped off black music and made it palatable to a bunch of white upper middle class proto-hipsters and because sad people like Marah had a crush on him back then we're still subjected to hearing this lunatic rant about astrology and defend a dictator.
The Lucinda Williams review was awful, but they've always been tone deaf to any sort of twangy Americana stuff that doesn't have some sort of art damaged leanings or come with elite indie approved pedigrees.
In a season where I've given up on every other network comedy I had previously been loyal to, this is the one show I've stuck with and it's probably going to be canceled. It's too bad because this may be the best episode yet. The scenes with Hillary & Jackie (ha!) are an example of what makes this show so subtly great!
Tina Fey makes sense, but I doubt she would cross Lorne & become Jimmy's main competition.
Pardo!
But these boxes are primarily devices for cord cutters, who can't legally watch anything on HBOGo.
