But… but… she's America's sweetheart?!

Looked like a souped up Chevy Nova?

I liked Ben in small doses on Infomania (RIP) - Kids Kouch was a guaranteed laugh every time, but he wears thin on a full half-hour, particularly when he's indulging some of his worst tendencies.

So, you have 9 years with a show and the best way to say goodbye to these characters is to stuff a bunch of guest stars into the final few episodes? Further evidence that they've been running on fumes for years.

This is the best write up on Miller/GT/LF I've seen today. Such an unheralded pop genius. I wish Numero Group would have made their 80s/90s indie rock forays with a band like this rather than reissuing stuff by bands whose catalogs never went out of print (*cough* Unwound *cough*)

I went to one of their shows around '96 and had a blast, though my 19 year old self who had only been to indie and punk shows where t-shirts/jeans were the uniform was unprepared for how many people actually dressed the part to go to this show in a tiny, dirty bar.

No mention of the 90s Exotica revival?

We should probably ask Brad Paisley & LL Cool J their opinion on this term.

I am not ready for a nostalgia boom based on the early/mid-00s.

Qu'est que c'est?

"Under the Blacklight" should get a pass if only because it contains "Dreamworld" the best Fleetwood Mac song they never wrote.

I think Weiner knows this is a catch-22 situation. All the comments here that want to see Sal return mention that they'd like to see him happily employed at another agency, or enjoying life out of the closet.

I usually get to all the TV shows I record, but movies tend to collect dust until I need the space and delete them.

I'm not a fan of Richard Marx, but he actually had some talent, so don't speak about him in the same breath as Oasis.

Sebastapol, (the experimental album you speak of) came out in 2001, on the date of the original YHF release date before Wilco got dropped - so not that funny, really.

"Trace" is an out and out classic and better than alot of Wilco's lesser works. The other Farrar record that is essential is 2001's solo album "Sebastapol" - it was recorded with Steven Drozd of the Flaming Lips and is the one record where Farrar really stretches himself musically and largely succeeds. It almost seems

ehsteve14 - I get the urge to live somewhere else for awhile, I lived in Chicago for 3 1/2 years too in my 20s and I loved it. But Cleveland is always my home and my roots are deep here so it was only a matter of time before I was called back.

Except that there are now jobs in Ohio - Cleveland has a much lower unemployment rate than the national avg. and lower cost of living. Its an awesome place and hopefully cool people like you will come back someday.

My only real problem with this episode was the lack of parody commercials which I think Kroll does so well.

Whenever I read about how crazy Scientology is, it always makes me sad that otherwise interesting people like Beck, Elisabeth Moss and Erika Christiansen are adherents.
