I've never heard of any of these shows.

Yeah, we pretty much had that huge discussion last week. But here's a link to this weeks episode > http://www.putlocker.com/fi… just push the play button on the right and close whatever ads come up. don't worry not a virus. i use it all the time. i hate that hulu is a week behind now.
This "baseball" thing happened during it's first season, too.
My favorite non-sequitur musical number is, and always will be, "You Keep Me Hangin' On" by Quinn.
I always enjoy when they DON'T say the name of the song and original artist. It makes it feel more natural to me (which is probably why tribute episodes generally don't work).
I'm sorry but Kurt sounded awful. And his "what!" was probably the most unintentionally funny moment of the episode.
She was also on Desperate Housewives and United States of Tara.
You know, a lot of people have been complaining (or just pointing out) the really bad editing in this series. And I'm starting to notice, too. There are scenes where characters practically jump around all over the place, line delivery is really fast, there are no meaningful pauses. It's been said that this show seems…
I totally agree! It stayed away from that. I have NO IDEA why peolpe keep bringing up her weight when the episode had nothing to say about it.
I understood her perfectly. Clearly, all YOU saw was a fat lady that looked funny.
You couldn't be MORE WRONG! This Melissa was amazing! Her timing, her energy, and her amazing slapstick/physical comedy! Each skit played to her strengths perfectly. If ANYTHING that Chris Rock skit was the least funny thing of the night. I couldn't even muster a giggle, mean while McCarthy falling down the stairs in…
This makes them all look like jerks.
Wait - are we just talking about new directions numbers? what about "Safety Dance" or "Bohemien Rhapsody?" or, and no joke, "Valerie?"
The ratings are them same when it first premiered. the media attention and promotion dropped. not to mention all the bad press over the summer.
Oh, COME ON! That wasn't the worst. If just for the fact that the song is amazing.
It almost seemed like Finn actually thought she had won the part BECAUSE of the coin flip.
Totally agree. This episode made me cry it was that good. Haven't cried since season one.
Remember, grades (which the AV Club has said over and over again are arbitray) is relative to the series and not the entire television world. This episode was most definately a B+ compared to their awful season two. Personally, I think it was an A-.
But the main difference here is it actually wasn't so insulting and it wasn't neatly resolved because some character gave her a little speech. The reason it worked now was it had momentum building to it and it ends on a real character point.
Can I just say, I love all the positivity coming from AV Clubers. It's a breath of fresh air after all the hate coming from the rest of NBC's Thursday night line up. Awesome episode! "A" indeed.
These Newswire titles slay me!
