I'm on Xbox One and 9 out of 10 times I solo Comp, I get stuck with blind Hanzos, attack Torbs and Widows while getting steamrolled by low-level smurfs.

I only play Comp when my friends are on. The trolls and smurfs that plague the servers make solo queue punishing and pointless.
